Salad Nicoise way
You know the niçoise salad?
Here is an alternative, ideal for picnics and summer meals, that way niçoise salad is delicious and healthy!
ingredients
1 lettuce
250g cooked green beans
4 tomatoes
1 red pepper
60g tuna
80g black olives
3 boiled eggs
3 small onions
100g anchovy oil
vinaigrette
Salt and pepper
Basil leaves

In a plate, place the lettuce leaves.
Then make small piles without mixing: the diced tomatoes, green beans, tuna, hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters.
