How to prepare grilled fish
2 medium-size fish
2 medium-sized onions and cut into large pieces
5 garlic cloves true
Salt and pepper
Fresh herbs (mint / Maduns / spice green / dill)
Rand paper

For marinade:
2 tbsp dry mint
3 tbsp lemon juice
3/1 cup olive oil

The way
- Cleans the fish and remove the viscera and chaff, and leaves in salted water for half an hour.
