SALAD RECIPE (spinach)
450 g (1 lb) fresh organic spinach, well washed and rinsed
2 fresh tomatoes, sliced
6 shallots, finely chopped
5 c. tablespoons Greek yogurt (low fat) you can replace the Greek yogurt with any quality plain yogurt (yogurt true), but the Greek is more smooth.
2 c. tablespoons virgin olive oil first pressure
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried thyme tea
salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: After having washed and drained spinach, you place them in a large dish with sliced tomatoes and shallots.
In another bowl you prepare your cover seasoning: will mix yogurt, olive oil, minced garlic, thyme, salt and pepper. Mix well and add to the main dish with spinach.
Of course, as with any recipe, you can adapt it to your liking. You may also add Paris mushrooms, raw and cut into small thin slices.
